If EditWithChat isn’t right for you, email support within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No questions, no forms.

How to ask

1. Email us from the address you bought with, or include your order number.
2. We refund through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, to the card you paid with. It usually shows within 5–10 working days.
3. Your license is turned off on all Macs once the refund goes through.

What isn’t covered

Your Claude plan or Anthropic API usage is billed by Anthropic, not by us, so it can’t be refunded here.
